Signature Project 

This client approached Intellicasa at the concept stage of the project to help design a bespoke, easy to use, intuitive system with minimalistic design, to deliver a state of the art, eco-friendly smart home solution for their new home.

This project incorporated the use of the latest, cutting edge smart home automation technology, with no expense spared, to deliver a mind-blowing specification and experience for occupants and visitors alike.

This technically complex smart home project went back to brick, creating a new basement extension to accommodate a new swimming pool with its own party mode and unique Virtual Reality Room (dancing lights!). Further additions, aside from the pool area included a gym, unique home cinema room with an 8K state-of-the-art projector.

The property, with its majestic entrance conceals a wealth of technology under its surface. Intellicasa used the latest Crestron Home Smart Technology systems to provide fully automated control of heating, cooling, lighting, security, gates and AV.

The latest Crestron touch panels were succinctly located in key locations, centralising the smart home controls onto native Crestron touch panels, which can be used by their entire family from the day they moved in.

Our team worked hard with the homeowners to offer our very best engineers for the integration of the complex systems, and to offer our unique lighting design services alongside the implementation of the smart home technology, as well an oasis garden concept design which has bloomed as we enter summer.
