Our latest project has been successfully delivered in one of luxurious Wimbledon estates' buildings.
With having a Lutron controlled lighting system installed, the project was presented to intelliCasa with hopes of upgrading the existing technology and adding more features.
IntelliCasa has fully transformed this 3 floor, 4 bed house into a smart home by integrating Crestron and Lutron systems together.
IntelliCasa’s integration solution was built upon a Crestron 3-Series processor which unifies the various components throughout the home. This allows for full control of the lighting, heating, curtains, blinds, CCTV and AV via Crestron TSR-310 hand-held touch screen remotes and 10in TSW-1060 touch screens.
The house benefited from C2N-AMP-4X100 Crestron Multi-room amplifier that distributes various sources of music at the same time. This system enables the entire family to enjoy their own songs from iTunes to radio DAB and Spotify without inflicting on each others taste.
IntelliCasa has also designed an exceptional cinema room for the clients with Integra DRX-7 surround sound system and capability of streaming High Definition movies from Sky, Apple TV and Sony Blu-Ray to give the ultimate Home Cinema experience.
In addition, IntelliCasa created a bespoke application for the client’s smart phone, giving them the ability to control their heating system, as well as lighting and curtains.
The communal door entry system for the gates leading to the property has been installed at a later stage by an external company and has been integrated seamlessly to Crestron's touch panel.
Last but not least, it is to be said that the system created by our engineers is a future-proofed technology. AI systems such as Amazon Alexa or other virtual assistants can be added to the system by the request of the client.
