Stylish London Home Becomes Stylish London Smart Home with Savant — MAYFAIR, LONDON
Summary
IntelliCasa have been specialising in home automation installations since 2006 so they were the obvious choice to bring an existing client’s newly acquired London penthouse in to the 21st century. The client wanted to automate all of their technology and have one centralised remote for their music and entertainment products.

Overview
The penthouse is in an extremely sought after location in the heart of Mayfair, London. This installation was one of IntelliCasa’s smaller Savant projects which consisted of only a Savant Smart Host (SS-HST-SMRTD-7) and 2 Savant Controllers (SS-SSC-0012). As well as this, IntelliCasa designed the system to include the Savant App on 3 iPad Minis around the penthouse (in the lounge, the master bedroom and the second bedroom). This system was designed to control all of the music and entertainment features in the penthouse; the iTunes library, the apple TVs, the SKY HD Boxes, the Radio DABS, the FM stations, the amplifiers for all rooms and the DVD player. Every detail of this penthouse, from the bespoke and unique furniture to the curved flat screen TV in the lounge, was carefully thought through and executed perfectly. IntelliCasa followed this trend whilst planning the AV control cupboard and an inspection reveals how easy it is to access the equipment (which is neatly hidden away as part of the home décor).

Using previous experience we were able to overcome this challenge with a rigorous planning and design phase at the start of the project”.
